We help members locate their next vehicles, negotiate their deals, and oversee their entire transactions. Our goal is to make car buying more relaxed and provide a safe delivery. We focus on eliminating the stress in auto buying for our credit union members. Our program is successful due to our solid working relationships with our credit union partner and dealer network partners. Our dealer partners see the value, understand the niche market we serve and have a goal that is focused on long-term volume growth, and not just short term success.

Our team checks on the vehicle availability and confirm member pricing. We also pull the NADA and check the CarFax report.

Time to update the loan officer.

We keep credit union reps and members in touch. This gets members a payment quote quickly and ensures a smooth delivery.

STEP 8

Set an appointment.

Our member auto reps set up an appointment time to see the auto. If all is done well, final documents are signed and the loan is processed.
