Dealer agrees to Auto Assistance's referral fee for each vehicle sold through the Auto Assistance program and further agrees to remit payment within five (5) days of the funded transaction upon receipt of invoice. Dealer also agrees to submit payment electronically using the secure ACH payment link included with each invoice, unless otherwise approved by Auto Assistance.
Dealer agrees to honor their dealerships’ online pricing and not add Auto Assistance’s referral fee on top of advertised prices.
Dealer acknowledges that Financing (Prohibited Products) will be offered exclusively by the credit union and Dealer will not quote, try to sell or make any offers for Prohibited Products in any way to our referred credit union members. Dealer may offer additional products such as Tire protection, Maintenance Contracts or other products that are not Prohibited Products and which have been approved by Auto Assistance. In some cases, Auto Assistance may request the Dealer for financing assistance for members that may have been declined by their Credit Union.
Dealer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Auto Assistance and it's Credit Union Partners harmless from and against all losses and claims suffered by Dealer arising out of the sale of any Vehicle, post sale issues related to the sale of any Vehicle, product liability claims related to the sale of any Dealer Vehicle as the Dealer agrees and understands that Auto Assistance is simply acting as a conduit between the Dealer and the member for any sales or transactions of Dealer vehicles sold through our program.
Dealer agrees that Auto Assistance or the Dealer can cancel this partnership at anytime if either party is not satisfied with the results of the partnership after any current transactions are finalized.
